  • How do I book an appointment?

    On our homepage click the book now button. This will take you to our appointment page. From there you will click on an appointment type, fill out your information such as name, phone number, and email. Then a confirmation email with your appointment time will be sent to you when you finish.

  • What are the different services?

    We offer Haircuts and Beard Trims. If you are booking a Haircut then a beard trim is automatically thrown in on the house. Otherwise the Beard and Neck Trim are a separate cost.

  • I don't know what type of haircut I want

    That’s alright! Client consultation is part of every service chosen. During this time we will discuss what you would like to do with your hair as well as ways to style it and how you wear it. Still don’t know what to do or say? We recommend bringing a picture with you or looking up a style on pinterest to help. Just make sure the picture is high enough quality for us to work with.

  • Children's haircuts

    You know your child better than anybody. While we understand that haircuts can be a scary experience. We strive to have a healthier interaction for future visits. With that being said, if you know that your child has a tendency to act unruly while receiving a service, then Gallantry may not be the best shop for you. However, if your child is able to sit still for a period of time, without having the need to constantly be distracted then we do encourage a visit!

  • Grooming & Styling Tips

    Sometimes hairstyles require hair product in order to bring out their full potential. While we understand this isn’t everyones preference. We are more than willing to work with you as the client in helping provide grooming and styling tips for your hairstyle. As well as working with you on potentially changing the hairstyle to more suit your day to day lifestyle.

  • Unacceptable behavior & Penalties

    While we do want you to have a great time and experience at Gallantry. There are a handful of things that are off limits and frowned upon in the shop.

    1.Interrupting a service before it is completed. Please refrain from either reaching where the barber works before the cape has been removed from the client.

    2. Unruly children & bad behavior in the shop are things we will not tolerate at Gallantry. While we fully understand getting haircuts can sometimes be scary for little ones. The disruption of the peace of other clients as well as unattended children who run around the shop will be turned down from future services if these problems occur more than once. The shop is not a jungle gym and we do not want anyone to injure or hurt themselves.

    3. No Call No Show Penalty will apply to those who make an appointment and do not communicate properly with the barber that they will be missing their appointment before their scheduled time. While we greatly value your time and patronage, we also value the times of other clients and ourselves as well. The penalty for a no call no show client will entail an additional $10 charge to your next scheduled service with us should you choose to schedule another one. This also applies if you no call no show and attempt to walk-in as a means to get around it.

    4. Aggressive behavior or rudeness towards staff will not be tolerated to any degree and you will be turned away and banned from Gallantry Indefinitely. Gallantry is a privately owned business and we have the right to refuse service to anyone we choose without explanation.
